Benjamin Heck is a  Senior Vice President of Citius Healthcare Consulting. He has 25+ years of experience in the healthcare sector. His extensive background encapsulates strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformative initiatives directed across Payers and Consulting firms. 

At CitiusTech, Benjamin leads a team of over 400 consulting subject matter experts, with each bearing more than 15 years of experience. This team focuses on driving digital transformation, process optimization, and business growth across key segments, including Payers, Providers, MedTech, and Life Sciences organizations. 

Benjamin's thought leadership is evident through his contributions to industry discussions. His commitment to innovation and excellence continues to drive meaningful change across the healthcare ecosystem, positioning Citius Healthcare Consulting as a trusted partner in the industry. 

Benjamin has directed and successfully executed a wide range of strategic, operational, and large-scale implementation consulting engagements. During his Consulting career, he founded a boutique consulting firm, which was later acquired by Change Healthcare, where he went on to lead Change Healthcare Consulting. Following Change Healthcare’s acquisition by Optum, Ben played a key role in integration the consulting practices. Before transitioning into consulting, he held several leadership roles in IT and operations within the Payers industry. 

He holds a Masters in Health Administrations from Indiana University Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Healthcare Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
