Dr Mohit Kaushal is a well-recognized healthcare professional and an industry leader, with an extensive career in investing, clinical medicine, academia and public policy. Dr Kaushal currently serves as a Special Advisor at General Atlantic. As a lead investor and board member, he has been an influential force in guiding many healthcare organizations. During the Obama administration, he was a member of the White House Health IT task force, a cross-agency team that implemented the technology aspects of health reform. He also built and led the first dedicated healthcare team at the Federal Communications Commission.

Dr Kaushal is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University and has been appointed to the National Committee on Vital and Health Statistics, advising HHS on Data Access and Use. He continues to be actively involved in health policy and serves as a Scholar in Residence at the Duke Margolis Center for Health Policy.

Dr Kaushal is a medical graduate from Imperial College, London and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
