Mr. Jim Traficant is a partner at Pinkston with over 30 years of executive and operational leadership in government, commercial and international markets. Mr. Traficant also serves as the Managing Director for Citadel Sciences which is helping businesses and people safely return to places we live, work, and play together. He served as President of ASM Research leading the Accenture acquisition to triple in three years. He previously served as President of Harris Healthcare Solutions where he expanded the business from an idea to $200M in five years serving government, commercial, and international healthcare organizations across six countries.

Mr. Traficant’s industry experience includes Aerospace & Defense, Intelligence, and Healthcare as well as M&A, product development, and IT services. Mr. Traficant has served on the boards for Exigent International, Cancer Treatment Services International, and the first Johns Hopkins Medicine Joint Venture called Peake Healthcare – which Jim also co-founded. 

The pivot from Defense to healthcare resulted from Mr. Traficant’s experience as a two-time liver transplant survivor. Mr. Traficant still serves at Johns Hopkins as an executive member of the Innovation Advisory Council.

Mr. Traficant has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Geneva College and MBA from George Washington University.
