As a Senior Vice President and Market Head of Life Sciences at CitiusTech, he leads the company's initiatives in delivering advanced data management and AI-driven analytics solutions to Life Sciences organizations.

Joseph's expertise extends to emerging technologies such as generative AI and digital twins. He has provided insights into how these technologies, along with a focus on data privacy, are transforming healthcare by accelerating drug discovery, enhancing personalized care, and optimizing clinical trials. Areas like precision oncology and advanced therapies interest him the most.

With a strong background in healthcare technology and a commitment to leveraging innovative solutions, Joseph Paxton continues to drive CitiusTech's mission to deliver cutting-edge services and solutions to the Life Sciences sector. Under his leadership, CitiusTech recently launched HealthSPARX, a scalable Real-World Data (RWD) platform designed to streamline data ingestion, preparation, and analysis for life sciences companies.

Joseph holds an MBA from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS-ChE) from the University of Texas at Austin. He has further honed his expertise through the Life Sciences Study Program at the Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego, and has completed the IBM Executive Program at Harvard.
