Mr. Prashant Mahagaonkar is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CitiusTech since 2014. He has over 24 years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, legal, treasury, and financial planning and analysis across consulting, manufacturing and services industries. At CitiusTech, he leads the finance and legal teams. He also plays an active role in acquisitions. Prior to joining CitiusTech, he has worked with organizations like Amba Research (acquired by Moody’s), Essilor, Givaudan, Lovelock & Lewes (PwC member firm) and Tata Motors. Mr. Mahagaonkar is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
