Ms. Sowmya Santhosh is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at CitiusTech. She has been leading the HR department at the organization for over nine years. She has more than 20 years of expertise across all HR functions like organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Prior to joining CitiusTech, she led the HR function at Qwest Communication, the fourth largest telecommunication provider in the USA. Ms. Santhosh has a Master’s in Business Administration.
