At CitiusTech we consciously work towards maximizing our ESG efforts in order to achieve long-term economic, social and environmental value. We are committed to drive societal change and promote environmental sustainability.
We are very sensitive towards the global issue of climate change. CitiusTech is ISO 14001 certified and has implemented various programs to ensure that we have a positive impact on the environment.
We emphasize resource conservation, recycling, and waste reduction at source, which has helped to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment.
- Energy efficient infrastructure and equipment (e.g., printers)

- E-waste recycling only through authorized Pollution Control Board authorized vendors
We run various employee driven CSR initiatives to ensure that employees are aware of the need to protect the environment and conserve resources
- Tree Plantation Drives - Over 1,700 trees planted during the period 2018 to 2020
- Awareness posters and awareness mailers sent periodically to employees
- Collaborating with NGOs that work towards environmental betterment
We have an active, employee-driven Corporate Social Responsibility team that focuses on core issues like education, employment and healthcare. Some of our key CSR initiatives include:
- Focus on eradicating hunger, poverty and infant malnutrition, to a CitiusTech adopted village / community in Mumbai – impacting 500+ children
- Financial support & partnership with Tata Memorial Hospital for fighting Cancer
- Kilkari & Mobile Academy – Collaboration with ARMMAN to support mobile application to aid pregnant women, new mothers and their families across 13 states of India
- Project Parivartan in association with Children of God Foundation, aims to set up a basic welfare center for women and children within a specific underprivileged locality in India
- Association with Sujaya Foundation to provide employment to underprivileged and differently abled youth
- Flood relief camps in Maharashtra, Odisha and Kerala
- Donation of Ambulances for COVID-19 and cancer Patients
- Various employee-driven initiatives such as malnutrition camps, health checkup camps, blood donation drives, cloth donation, NGO Bazaar, etc.
CitiusTech is associated with various NGOs and organizations like Tata Memorial Hospital, Jeevan Jyot Cancer Trust, Children of God, ARMMAN, Sujaya Foundation, Bigger Than Life, YouCanFreeUs India Trust, Lions Club and Green Yatra. CitiusTech also works closely with IIT Bombay to promote learning and entrepreneurship in healthcare technology.
